Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lithinos Inc. (“Lithinos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit lithinos.us (the “Site”) or contact us through it. It does not cover information we handle on behalf of clients under a separate services agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the consultation form on the Site, we collect the information you enter:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name, if you provide one
- The stage of your business that you select
- Anything you write in the message field
We also collect whatever you choose to include when you email us directly or communicate with us about a potential or active engagement.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider and form processor automatically generate standard server logs when you load a page or submit the form. These typically include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, referring URL, and timestamps. We use these logs for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing technical problems.
Cookies and analytics
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics or advertising pixels. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
2. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation
- Evaluate whether we are a good fit for the work you describe
- Provide, and communicate with you about, our marketing and go-to-market services
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use the information you submit to send unrelated marketing email or add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.
3. How we share information
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors that operate the Site and our business on our behalf — such as our website host, our database and storage provider, our email provider, and scheduling and calendar tools. They may process your information only to provide services to us.
- Professional advisors. Attorneys, accountants, and similar advisors, where reasonably necessary.
- Legal requirements. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lithinos, our clients, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy or a successor policy.
4. How long we keep information
Consultation inquiries submitted through the Site are stored in a database hosted by our infrastructure provider on servers in the United States. We keep them for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business communications, and afterward as necessary for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Server logs are retained on our providers' standard schedules. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time using the contact details above.
5. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information — such as financial account numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, or confidential business information — through the Site's form or by unencrypted email.
6. Your choices and rights
You may contact us at hello@lithinos.us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation — including rights to know what we collect, to obtain a copy, to correct or delete it, and to appeal a denial. We honor these requests regardless of whether a particular law applies to us by its own terms. If you are in the EEA or UK, we process your information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry and operating our business.
7. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
9. Where information is processed
Lithinos operates in the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed there. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
